The Horn of Africa Seminar have organised a lecture Reflections on the recent Oromo Protest: Root causes and implication to the Ethiopian federal arrangement by Yinebeb Nigatu (Leiden).

The Horn of Africa Seminar brings together students and scholars interested in examining the region from a multidisciplinary and comparative perspective. This term, the seminar will look at a variety of issues, including development and security in Ethiopia, Somali identity in Kenya and the dynamics of state evolution in the Horn of Africa.
